ZoneAlarm is a great free firewall that a lot of the inmates use.

The logs are often difficult to interpret so you might want to grab the free VisualZone Report Utility which makes it easier to analyse your logs. Get it here:

Note:

ZA has been known to slow down your Internet connection and cause some pages not to load first time around so if you think this is happening to you then try another firewall (as good as ZA it isn't worth those problems).
