This is a [NOT SO FORMAL] "for-profit" venture. A team of qualified developers will be selected [VOTED ON?]. I am thinking somewhere in the range of 5-10 developers. Skills (to be determined) but might include:
HTML (of course)
JavaScript (of course)
CSS
XML / XSL / XHTML
Photoshop (of course)
*GREAT!* Design skills
ASP
MySQL (ODBC, ADO)
.... etc
If you are broke and out of a job, this project isn't for you. Sorry, there isn't any venture capital (yet). Your honest hard work, talent, and dedication will be rewarded. If nothing else, we'll all have another site to boast on our resumes.

OK Karl one question i may have misread this post if i have sorry, you are doing a commercial site. You will be paying or not paying there is a bit of ambiguity in this that will need clarification..
For Profit Clarified:
The team (whomever that may be) will share in the profits of the site. Initially we will all have to labor *for free* (sorry). I intend to incur zero debt, other than the hosting, and MySQL server. This site will have both free and paid members (monthly). I foresee a residual type income for everyone, as well as profit sharing.
