1. You may wish to remove any lipstick, rings, etc. Things can get quite messy and painful, otherwise.
2. I like to start with making a fist, and then proceed to moving the thumb side of the fist towards your mouth as seen in Fig.1

3. Begin to put fist in mouth as seen in Fig. 2

4. Expect some resistance at this point, but do not give in. The fist will realize that it belongs in your mouth afterall. See Fig. 3
