How do I stop Windows from asking me if I want to send Microsoft a bug report?

The bug report dialog can certainly be annoying. Thanks to krets we have a solution:

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

Find Error Reporting Service in the list and double click.

Change the drop-down menu to Disabled.
