While we would much rather you found your own style the following should help:
The vital ingredients are:

2. Very small text.
3. Outline boxes with the corner snipped off.

DL has summed up how to achieve the style :
quote:Create a bunch of triangles. Use the transform tool to get different sizes, shapes, and angles.
Make each one on a seperate layer, and play with the layer Opacity and Blending Modes.
Voila - instant trend-whore crap.
If you'd like to make it even worse, try adding some text that is far too small to actually read, inside some outlined boxes with random 45 degree angled cuts/protrusions on them.
Make it really big and use it as a splash page so people have to laod a giant ugly image before they realize it's just a splash page and they still have to click something jsut to get to the web page.
