The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

and even a Flash demo competition

hmmm. . . maybe I will have to learn Flash. Just make demos, not websites

I love the ASM demos. But I have seen assembly code. . . and I have no desire to learn it. I can't imagine doing some of these demos in assembly.

make no mistake. The ASSEMBLY ( the scene event ) has nothing to do with the assembly ( the computer language ). At the ASSEMBLY, you can enter the demo/intro competitions even you code in PASCAL/C/C++/ASM/DELPHI.... I entered the WIRED'98 with a 64KB intro done PASCAL.

To be honest I have a bad opinion of the "demos" done in Flash, for the simple reason that so far all the things I've seen in Flash claiming to be in the "demos" spirit were pure crap, and most of them used RIPPED music and graphics. Those things are not demos. Consider them as WILD if you want, even though the SCENE usually reject the idea of RIPPING someone else work.

I don't say that Flash is not appropriate to make some good demo productions. So far the only web script language that brings some quality demo productions is ALAMBIK. But I'd really like to see some Flash demos with the same energy/power/design ..... well quality
