don't like XP? Win2000 runs the NT kernell just like XP but it is more "administrative" so to speak. |

I don't understand your problem. If you want to downgrade, format the partition and install Win2k from scratch. There is no catch, unless you don't have a full-install CD for Win2k. If, for any reason, you must install Win2k over WinXP, as far as I know, there is no way. Win2k won't downgrade WinXP. |
