i'm confused as to the whole thing.

Here's a quick break down of it...
I'll write something more suitable for people that are unfamiliar to the IBC for the FAQ.

Basically there are multiple forums involved.
Each forum votes on individuals to represent them in the competition.
Then a theme is provided to all the forums participating... with specific guidelines.
The image is then created in photoshop within the specified guidelines by the competiting forums.
Then we post up all the images and vote on which one you like best.
We tally the votes and that determines the winner.

The Gurus Network won the first one.
Good enough explaination?... or need more?

The original team was Doc, Tax, Izz, Synax, and Mahjqa...

I personally think we should keep the team, unless of course one can't fullfill their duties. I think they did a good job the first time around.

Personally, I'd like to see some other people have a go at it.

Yeah well, I don't really want to do it again either. But the teams will be smaller this time round.

Lettin' some other folks in on it would be a good idea, I think.
I'll pass on being voted for it this time around in the Asylum.
Anyway, I may represent another bored... er, board for this round of fun.

I started up a thread for voting the Asylum's team though.

Kinda hard to keep the same team when the number of team members has been reduced from 5 to 3

I'd be willing to slap my name down on the table .. but I'll be moving home in a week and then I'll be gone for atleast one week and maybe longer depends on my ability to get back online
