I just stopped eating carbs!!! started walking 30 mins a day and now I go to the gym 3-5 times a week!!! I've still a long way to go but I'm taking it a pound at a time!! now....WHOS GOT THE KEG 0 BEER???

This will bump-up your BMR and kick fat loss back into high gear.
