loading: ah, English, what a pleasant surprise!

.net is one of the three original top-level domains, along with .com and .org. There are supposed to be semantic differences between the three (like .com is used for commerce), but those went out the window a long time ago.

I believe he's referring to Microsoft's .NET

quote:
Microsoft® .NET is a set of Microsoft software technologies for connecting information, people, systems, and devices. It enables a high level of software integration through the use of Web services?small, discrete, building-block applications that connect to each other as well as to other, larger applications over the Internet.

Perhaps I'm mistaken though.

There's also a great mag called .net which I picked up on my way through Heathrow for the long flight back to New York. Was actually a great read, and now I can get it here in the states also. Anyone read it?

Hmm... no, never heard of it. I guess they don't have it in Korea...

I'm still wondering if loading is going to come back and satisfy my burning curiosity. I feel so... used.
