Topic awaiting preservation: setting up FreeBSD?? (Page 1 of 1)

Hi guys. I need help setting up FreeBSD 4.8 Release. Can someone help me set up a gui?? I don't think it is going to recognize my mouse or some of the other hardware. Here is a list of my hardware. PCTEL Platinum V. 90 modem. I know that won't work uless i try to configure it. It's an internal winmodem. PS/2 wheel mouse. Compaq MV540 color monitor. Intel(r)Intergrated Audio. Cirrus Video card. That is a PCI video card. Can someone please help me configure my hardware and set up a gui?? Please reply back. Thanks.

No, we can't spell out step by step everything you need to do with your specific setup.
