Here is a story.
This is Japanese news from Hotmail news.
A 13-years-old boy died when he was practing rugby. He had been under the sun too much. It was very hot summer day. I presume there were more than 30. Could be nearly 50 kids around there.

His parents suited teacher and city, who was supervising all the students.
In Japan, each area, we have educational association, which each city or town runs.
Today it has been judged at the court. $1millions was told to pay from teacher and City.

What do you think of this?
It is a lot of money. How the hell poor teacher can afford to pay such a money?
I imagine it is extremely hard to find for him that that boy was being sick.

never saw the point in excessive punitive damages for natural persons myself...,
now for coporation's it's a different matter. there's little one could do to them (can't put a coperation in prison).

neverthe less, I feel I should move this to the philosophy section, were you will hence find it.
