I dont care if its just 3 mb space, nor remote linkin for images forbidden etcetera, i just need it for test pages online (usually to show something to ppl i know rather than resend the same html file to -not literally- 30 buddies). |

The limitations seem to be so painful that I keep my opinion that spending one miserable dollar a month is the best option. |

Take a look at free.prohosting.com. Contrary to what some of the links suggest, I don't believe they continue to use banners. It used to be banner supported but then I was charged a 1 time fee of $10 and the banners went away. Having said that, it doesn't look like they are charging anything to sign up (although I've not tried). |

Of course, I'm not quite sure what a "no banner free" host is..... |

It seems bearable but you have to upload one file at a time. |

viol - Im not using it as a file host, so it does not affect to me. And i can edit pagfes online, which give me the freedom of "editing" 50 pages at the same times, then copy and paste originals (from the hd) and save. |

Oz: I have portland as my provider and I have not had a problem with it so far. I only get a connection time out after about 30 minutes. |

Well, I can't seem to upload 2MB of scripts, without the connection breaking... |

That is strange... I have loaded several items at a time that are close to that limit and still have not had a problem. The only thing that I was loading was pictures and html files. Copying right off my mac and using Fetch. Still no problems. |
