I'm taking a computer neworking class ar my school and my teacher said that we can do anything we want to do to each other if we know how to do it in HyperTerminal. Does anyone know any place to find some commands and tutorials for it?

Well theres not much to HyperTerminal it's. It's just a terminal client with a few extras for upload and downloading files vie Zmodem and kermit etc..... My guess is they you will using HyperTerm as a Telnet terminal to access a Unix/linux shell. What you can and can't depends on how much access you are given. You might want to look into UNIX or Linux Tutorials.

If it's a windows telnet server, would be just like working with the DOS comand prompt.
