Topic awaiting preservation: calendar/diary (Page 1 of 1)

does anyone know of any (pref: free) apps / code that would serve as an online calendar for a sports club. It will need to be able to show when courts and coachs are free and it needs to be able to be updated by non technical people every day. I was thinking about a simple excel solution but to be interactive users will need excel web components installed (IE only) but i am sure there is better...

I'd pay http://www.opensourcecms.com/ a visit, they have a bunch of opensource cms/forums/groupware and similar apps installed and ready for test drives.

One that really impress me is Moregroupware, it's way much more than a simple calendar, but... wow.

thanks Dan. Great resource. Wow indeed - i do need something very simple though, that little puppy looks way to complex to customise for my technical knowedge, actually i'll have abetter look at it before degrading myself!
