From desktops to workstations to servers, all the Compaq machines we have are total maintenance nightmares that are prone to strange hardware glitches and just buggy overall. We recently converted all our client PCs to Dells and for over a year now I have had only 1 hardware problem, a bad processor that was promptly replaced. Compare this with the 5 or 6 hardware based problems I experienced on a MONTHLY basis with the compaqs we used to have.
