Ok, not sure if this is the right place for this but wth....
I've been building my sites for my company, my wife's, and a few pet projects here and there.
But to be honest I don't have the time nor the patience to do another site. I am part of a group
that needs a site overhaul like big time. Asked a few guys but seems like the whole world is
really busy right now.
If you take a look at www.sudden-rush.com that is our existing site. Pretty boring, basic content.
This is what I started working on. www.wayoutwestenterprises.com/srv2
I know alot of designers here hate flash, graphic heavy sites, etc. but as I've looked at dozens
of recording artist sites it seems that most consumers actually enjoy those sites. Me, Im a little
love/hate with them but regardless heres what we're looking to do....
1) An easy to update, preferably a browser based updating system so anyone in our group can add
some comments, content, whatevers.
2) An online purchasing system allowing credit card purchases to buy CD's, shirts, posters, DVDs, etc.
3) A forum section of some sort, doesn't need to be as elaborate as the asylum but enough to have a
few topics or interest.
4) A gallery system that is easy to update. We have hundreds of pics so I'd like to create a database
for our fans so that when we do a concert we can number them, give them a description, etc.
5) Form mail forms! ( i gave up on this one, couldnt get it to work and I have no time to learn right now )
6) Have a mailing list for our fans so that we can mail out events, concert announcements, cd releases, etc.
7) The ability to add sections (i.e. video game reviews, movie reviews, whatevers)
8) IMPORTANT!! A very "hip" flash/looking interface for the simple "ooh ahh factor"
Now I am not asking for free, BUT if you are interested in any shape or form please contact me at
info@wayoutwestenterprises.com as soon as possible.
We have a small budget avaialable and all we
want is quality... let me repeat that... QUALITY! So I figured most of the people here are pretty solid
and take alot of pride in their work.
Thanks guys/gals... hope to hear from someone soon.
