I should add a warning as some of the pictures (while not graphic in anyway) are pretty scary - I think the pictures of Loretta Swit are going to give me nightmares. Its like some cheap "Horror at the Mutant Waxworks Museaum" film.

Did you not have the "breasts are breasts are breasts" conversation? Big ones, small ones, foxes noses, etc. we love them all and fake breasts just look so...... 'fake'.

[edit: They tend to look 'fake' as there doesn't seem to be any kind of restraint - has no one explained about the BSH (British Standard Handful)?]

people seem to have this done mainly to look younger once things start to sag or wrinkle. no ones yet mangaged to implant a new age into anyone yet though and non of these alterations will make a person live longer so I say let it hang

oh thats awful, i hate it if people deface themselves, like body piercings or with plastic surgeries. (my opinion)

That one woman looks like the elephant man. Too damn bad people just can't be happy with what they've got. Plastic surgery should be reserved for severe cases such as accident victims and the like, IMO of course.

The saying goes... 'If you are gonna do it, Get it done right.'
