I quite understand your point, and I feel with you.

Right now I am struggling in a homework that I have to hand in next Wednesday, it's a bunch of difficult programming questions that I am sure people from here could help me to get it done very quickly. But hey, if I was to ask someone else to do the homework for me, why would I bother paying the high price of the course?

That's the spirit! The homework is for you to learn from, not just a task that has to be finished. If you need help ask specific questions, not 'do my homework for me'.

On a rare occassion, I get an e-mail requesting some help. I tell these folks which forums I frequent and to ask at one of them. It is indeed a much better solution.

I've only ever been emailed by someone here once, and all they wanted was for me to get rid of my sig.
