I've had flu since saturday and it's really a bitch, I've gotten over the worst but my body still feels like crap and my head feels like it's filled with mucas soaked cotton wool.

Anyway, to ease the suffering I got a Gamecube the other day with Resident Evil, Mario Party 4 and F-Zero GX.

Best console I've ever owned I think.

F-Zero GX is so addictive and tough I don't think I'll wanna go back to work even when I'm better

Any other console gamers poking around these parts?

Die hard PS2 guy here. I also own an SNES and an old original NES system. I've moved my collection to Emulation however. That many systems on one TV with a VCR, my computer piped in from upstairs, and my Digital Cable box... requires two RCA/S-Video switches and some inventive cross patching.

Speaking of which... does anyone know if there is a fiber optics hub out there (If there is such a thing, maybe I should just make one)? My receiver only has one video actived fiber optics port... the rest are attached to sound only systems.

Used to be big on Nintendo.
Nearly all Mega Man, but my favorite is Mega Man X.
Super Mario Kart and Super Mario Kart 64. Some epic battles with these games.
Mortal Kombat 2. In tournament mode, I once beat all 4 of my cousin's guys one-handed with Raiden while on the phone. Nothing but jumping, torpedo, and teleporting.

A few weeks ago we dusted off our N64.
So far, I have 83 stars in Super Mario World 64. Woohoo! Right now I'm trying to find the turtle shell in Lethal Lava Land.

I miss the days of endless video gaming.

edit: Make that 92 stars and I found the shell. To get the shell, just had to select a different star.

Mario64 was great I can't wait until Mario128 comes out, lame title I know.

I've now unlocked the Diamond Cup in F-Zero GX and completed it under Novice, I've completed the other 3 cups in Novice and Standard. The story mode is damn hard though.

I did have a PS2 but I sold it because no games were coming out that I wanted, I did miss it from time to time but I love my GC so much more, even with only 3 games. Might pick up Zelda - Wind Waker on Friday, though I've heard it's a bit easy. I'll have a look around my local game shop.
