![]() At this time of year Hampton Court is full of staff most of whom are dressed in traditional costume - it wouldn't suprise me if one or two are sneaking out of doors to have a sneaky fag and then not owning up when they set alarms off (or some passing person closing fire doors which had blown open). That said it does look a little spooky |

![]() mas: My guess (if that is a rip straight from the TV footage) is that someone filmed it on a hand held camera out of a window and then used a frame every 3 seconds or so to get the CCTV look to it. |

![]() Given the compression of comparing images for the web, I took a zoomed look at that image in PS just to see what I could see... It looks almost intentionally blurry in places surrounding the figure. Could be a result of taking the frame from film, or processing for the web or any number of things... |
