Topic awaiting preservation: Anyone else out there use readyhosting.com? (Page 1 of 1)

I've just discovered that the server which housed my website ( http://www.annbeckett.com ) is having issues, their home site is currently down ( http://www.readyhosting.com ), and I can't get them on the phone or access any of my files or information...

Anyone else use this host and experiencing problems? Know what's going on?

Apart from knowledge, a little sympathy and comfort might help me some...

looks like a hardware problem very close to your host, if not *with* your host. If it's not the host it's their immediate provider I'd guess.

Hope it gets resolved soon for you (btw, did you try this phone number: 262-652-7640, listed in their whois info? Maybe a different route that would get you someone.)

Nope, nada.

My husband suggested it may have something to do with the recent weather. If there were a power outage or something, it may have briefly affected their servers. I've not had the time today to investigate it. We had a snow day yesterday, but had to be back to work today! I figured I'd give it day to see if something like that happened. I just checked it, and everything seems ok.

It is an image heavy site, the first page loads kind of slow if you have less than a cable hook-up.
I'm planning on revamping the whole thing this year so we don't have so much trouble. It took me some time to get out of my sister exactly what she was going for... the new site shall be much nicer! Thanks for checking it out for me anyway! You guys are tha best!

my connection's better than T1 speed and I was having sloooow service to both yours and your ISPs. Much better now tho. Congrats
