Does anyone know how I can create a null terminated string in Java?
In Java, Strings are classes, so I'm not sure how to generate null-terminated strings. How can I know if a string is null terminated or not in Java?
Suddenly, I got confused with this stuff.

EDIT - Forget it. Figured out what was going wrong.

So, instead, let's share our favorite words and phrases.

Me, I like "crisping sleeve." You know, those things you slip your pizza pockets in for the microwave.

I just like the sound of it. Crisping sleeve.

Crisping sleeve.

what's the chemical composition of that grey matter that covers the insides of the crisping sleeve? It crisps where things oughta be soggy. It behaves like metal yet, it's microwave safe. I'd like to dub it the Miracle Metal.

I just like the sound of it. Miracle Metal.

Miracle Metal.

...which should always come in microwave-safe packaging...

I personally love the band name that Scott Adams (the guy who invented Dilbert) came up with for a band: 'Tubular Luggage'

I wonder if all these favorite words and phrases are null terminated?

Sofa (couch), in Portuguese is "sofá". Spoken _similarly_ to the English word, but with the stress in "fa".

i'd heard these two:
To the optimist, the glass is half full.
To the pessimist, the glass is half empty.

but this line caps them imho:
To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

I actually got asked that half full/empty glass question by my manager in a very serious manner.
(He thinks I'm too pessimistic, while I view myself as a realist spiced up with a big pinch of cynism)

My answer to that question is that the intent/ongoing procedure controls whether its empty or full.
If I'm filling the glass, it's half full. If I'm drinking from it, it's half empty.

My manager cut the call short, and told me he did not appreciate my answer...

So it means that to the fat the dish is twice as smaller as it should be?

This is a dull-terminated thread.

Nimraw if you are an Engineer a good anwser would be;
"The glass is specified to be twice as large for its current reqirements."
