Topic awaiting preservation: Opening a new browser-window (Page 1 of 1)

Well, just a little stupid problem. Everytime when I open a new browser-window in MIE (5) (Cntrl+N) it changes to an irritating size, not maximized, but a small horizontal window. I think it is the same size as once a while ago when I had more windows from different programs opened at the same time next to each other.

So, how do I get my normal window-settings back?

Greetz,

Start an IE window.
Open a new one (ctrl n)
Resize the new one to the way you want windows to open.
Close the original window.
Close the new window.

Liluth: As Slime said - on the resizing front drag the edges of the window to get the size right.

Well, thanks for the idea. I knew that already.
I discovered that my problem is only when I use HomeSite (5.0) and I want to see my page in an external browser (F11). Then a new window opens, but not maximized. (Wonder why people might use small windows..)

So, do you get the point?

Another thing:
I just clicked some links. When opening in a new window this window is also not maximized.

Now I start asking myself if MIE will open maximized when closing all windows and start MIE again..
