i have an image, how can i set an orange border around it?

what is the simplet and yet most cross-browser compat. way?

I have used this method, knowing that the image border's color depends on the document's visited/link/active links colors!

using CSS, didn't really workout on both NS4 and IEx,

Basically, when CSS is applied on the <a> or the <img>, NS will kill the links that the <a> provided.

anyway...
