I think you're going to need a server side solution for that. PHP, perl, etc. You can pass any number of variables to a new page after submitting your form and then that new page's server-side script can build and send the email message. I would check the server-side scripting section for help on this one.

Well, you're not going to do it with HTML. PHP is pretty easy to deal with. Maybe a CGI form....

Seriously, if you can learn HTML, you can learn PHP's mail-script capabilites in a fairly short time. PHP is great for handling e-mail web forms.

I tend to stay away from the big form mail providers and if I can't use serverside for a page then I like to use the mailer at http://www.bigbiz.com/forms.html . I am not sure who it is intended for but I got there through a search engine and there is no policy on who may use it. It is nice because you can customize what happens after the form is sent and there is no banners or adverts. Hidden web-gem I guess!

Check this out.

I use their mail script all the time. It is really great.
