how do u make those moving graphics? like wat programs would be need to develope my own etc...

Uhhh...do you mean Animated .Gifs? Or DHTML? Or Flash? In any case, yup, wrong forum...

For Ani .Gifs, Photoshop....and for DHTML, DHTML and Javascript. For Flash...the Animation Forum...

Need to know which one to move this...

As for programs...that also depends, on which of the above it is...for Ani .Gifs - ImageReady is good. DHTML one just needs a good editor...I think Maxs HTML Beauty can handle that...and for Flash...well, I guess that is self-explanitory...

Draw something on a piece of paper. Hold it up to the left side of your monitor. Move it to the right. Repeat for desired effect.

Steps:

1. Rent Video
2. Pop into VCR
3. click the play icon on your remote

Repeat for no effect...

Or just switch on the TV or look out of the window (throwing grenades makes stuff outside move quicker).
