Gotta bit of a problem, I have a DHTML menu, but it is always positioned behind these little Flash movies positioned on the page. I gave the menu a high z-index, but to no avail. Anyone no of a way to trick flash to stay behind the menu? |

http://mojavelinux.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=127 is a javascript tooltip package that uses the method of removing any offending elements from a page before displaying the tooltip (or menu inn this case) |

in case your boss is looking for viable alternatives, he can have a menu that expands by 'sliding down' instead of expanding out. |

thanks dmbohiost, I used the <param name="wmode" value="transparent"> and my dhtml menu shows over top of my flash movie. Yupee!! |
