Finally I was able to do my template with all css, but i have one problem... I dont want let the user control the font size and i dont want to turn all the menu text into graphics, How can i do this?

Simply specify all sizes in pixels (i.e. "font-size: 13px;")...

That answers the question but I'll shift this to CSS as its natural home (for future reference)
