Is there any way to right-justify text inside a text box ("text area" form type)?

Use <textarea style="text-align: right" >...</textarea>. If you want the page to be standard compitable (something it should be) you should add the style using a stylesheet and not in the tag like I did here. But it was easier to explain it this way
