Hello,
Not sure where the problem is, but I think it has something to do with the content-type, maybe the encoding. Whats happening is all spaces are lost when my javascript function posts the data found in a textarea to an asp page, i'm creating an xmlhttp activex object in javascript to handle this post. When I get the data back... all spaces are lost.
Basically, this asp page re-arranges this posted data and the javascript function which posted it then re-populates the textarea (with lost spaces).

Any ideas?

Make sure you escape your data before sending it.

How does one escape the characters in javascript... I know how to do this in ASP.

Use the escape() and unescape() functions.
