Topic awaiting preservation: adding text to form via button (Page 1 of 1)

Sorry if this has been discussed (FAQ didn't have what I was looking for)

I have a form and I would like to add text to the form when I click a button.

Let's say that I have a text area and a button called "Break". When I click the button I would like to have it add a break tag
at the point where the cursor is. Make sense?

Ah, gotcha. I was able to add links and everything. Just have to have something highlighted in order to put the tags around it.
