Topic awaiting preservation: my little pop up windows? (Page 1 of 1)

Hi a frind and i are trying to get some windows that popup borderless with a kind of a fake border.. and it automaticly resizes to the image loaded...

oh they autokill "onblur" so in any case the problum is that some times (esp if the image is not already in your cash) that the window will not auto resize corectly and you get a funky box. any advice?

By using fullscreen=yes in the window.open() function, you are able to remove the native window, but unfortunately you are stuck with 'fullscreen'. I don't believe there is any way to resize if fullscreen=yes.

As an alternative, may I suggest that you don't need to open a new browser window. You could have the same effect by using a div, positioned absolutely.

I think chromeless windows are what you're looking for.

That is kind of what i am looking for but that resizes to the size of the image automaticly for some reasion mine doesent work... in any case thanks for the advice but i was looking for a Fix, that first pop up link was intresting but defenitly not what i am looking for. the second one was nice. but i dont think it would work if i moded it with the same templet my curent pop ups are using. again thanks for the advice.
