That is the web page with the laggy menu. I have tried and tried and cannot
figure out what is making it lag. The menu is the drop down menu.
The :hover effects are slow and the drop down is slow. Maybe you
guru JavaScript users can help me on this one.

No lag here (IE6 SP1/Win2k). Try getting rid of the Flash. It didn't play here because I don't have it installed (I hate Flash). That may be the cause of the lag you are experiencing. Just a guess.

BTW- on Mac browsers there is no dropdown at all.....

Oh, now I see! You have the dropdown attached to the onclick event. I wonder how many other people will be surprised with that?

The flash is not causing the lag, but definity a good thought. I know that the error is in the JavaScript. I didn't originally
design the script. I think it may be caused by the javascript trying to change the css properties. Also the menu is designed
to function like the 'Microsoft Windows' menus (check it out), it's supposed to help new computer users. Anyway I hope
we can figure this out without too much trouble (like the image problem that occurs on the site which never was figured out
http://www.ozoneasylum.com/Forum1/HTML/008901.html that was the url if your feeling frisky, for some reason
funny things keep happening on this site...) Again your help is much appreciated. Thanks.
