The rules :
1) Start with a 300 x 300 document, the fore/background colors of choice, Render Clouds.
2) Use anything in the Filters Menu and Layers Pallette. No other tools or outside filters.
3) Transform is Ok.
4) Name your image, post it.

I like it trib, just missed the horse reference.

Some cool stuff coming out here. Lots of people using filters that don`t look all that filtered.
