^^^ Indeed. A small carving knife.

when I used to take pumpkin carving a little too seriously I made a little tool from a thin hacksaw blade, bent a little 90 degree finger hold on one end, the height of the blad was between an eigth and quarter inch maybe. Good for the thin angles but a bit awkward.

for example...someone here might own a set of skewers and carving saws....*cough* Tiny little things, useful as hell.
