Friends, don't laugh. I am a newcomer tp Photoshop, and here is an idiotic (probably) question. I use Photoshop 7 and suddenly some tools stopped working: dodge/burn tool and healing brush. What is it - some kind of punishment from above? |

Try trashing the preferences and restarting Photoshop. |

D'oh... I do that a lot. Select things and then try to work outside the selection. Does the type of image mode affect which tools are able to be used? Mode as in RGB, CMYK, grayscale and the other selections? |
