I've looked in FAQ which had nothing relevant and at Google I could only find galleries and wishy washy explainations of what it is |

Dont know of any plugins for PS. The Gimp has an assortment of fractals available in its Filters > Render > Pattern > Fractal Explorer dialog |

Basically he is talking about the old days, when he was still involved with Meta Creations and still did a lot of graphics stuff. Most of his inspiration for the images came from nature and images from the Hubble. If he had his way now he would make the older versions of the software he co-wrote or wrote available for free. He also mentions that a lot of the interfaces he wrote were never published - such as Realtime Animation to Music with Peter Gabriel or the Ideen (idea) Proccessor with Douglas Adams. |

Hugh I found ChaosPro to be a blast. You can delve as deep as you want from an understanding of the Mandlebrot and Julia formulas to making your own .avi of a zoom in or out of a fractel. |
