It's actually a .gif file, someone simply changed the file extension to .jpg after it was made. |

either the person did nothing but change the extension, or if s/he is cautious s/he also added a FORCETYPE rule in an .htaccess in case a visitor use a dumb browser which detemine the MIME TYPE only by looking at the extension of the files |

You can use the letters as a mask to reveal the next image/layer. |

I've been trying that.. but I still dont get it right.. where should the text layer be? In what mode should the blending be in? still having touble getting it right. For example if I set the mode on the text to 'overlay' it shows the pic beneath the text.. if the layer arangement is like follows: |

Well an even easier program to use for making GIF's is Paint Shop Pro's Animation Shop, it has all that stuff and more, and it makes it into a GIF's for you. No hassle's or anything and it lays out the frames for oyu also so u can customize each frame. Or if you save a GIF file and open it in the program you can actually See each individual animated image in the GIF and change it as well. |
