could anyone point me some direction where to look for characters like

1) tutorials how to draw these chars
2) pictures of such chars
3) also hints etc

please don't tell me to learn fine arts etc .. i s**k at drawing anything real :P

uhh...if you suck at drawing anything real and don't want to study fine arts I suggest dont draw at all...even those characters were drawn with knowledge of very basic anatomy, persective and colors that you can learn by taking several courses at any art school...I really guarantee you will not learn anything by fallowing those online tutorials... it wont help you since the process of creation is not performed with a laundry list to be checked off, there are no tricks, learn the fundamentals of sketching and painting anatomy and structure, representing volume, mass, perspective, amd so on by studying the masters..... Then apply your learned techniques to your own work!

it's pretty simple, otherwise you will be frustated, always struggling to draw...trust me I know...

I've just done a quick search for you on Google How to draw an anime character
If you want to learn you have to put some of the work in yourself. I think you can learn on the internet, the degree depends on you.

i have been searching ... no use i only find those usual tutorials about torso, hair, face, eyes etc

i'd like to create some scary looking monster animal+mech style characters

and also ... i don't suck that much ... i know some basic humanoid anaotomy
and i have drawn some stuff but these things are no use here

Yeah, I like that style too, and I guessed you didn't really "suck" too much
I'm sure I've wandered my way to some advice/tips/tutorials on the subject, that I've bookmarked somewhere. I've just reformatted my old HDD and installed another so It will take me a while to find it.
