What I need is an HTML way to make a background image not scroll along with the rest of the page. I can't think of any example links at the moment, but hopefully someone understands what I mean. This may also be part of what xel is after, but what was asked was how to make it not scroll...and for this you need 'background-attachment:fixed;' If you're looking for a non-repeating watermark, you'll also want to set the background-position. This may also be part of what xel is after, but what was asked was how to make it not scroll...and for this you need 'background-attachment:fixed;'

If you're looking for a non-repeating watermark, you'll also want to set the background-position.
