TP is correct, bgproperties is not part of the W3C standards. in fact the only place it appears in conjunction with the W3C is in HTMLTidy, and only then becuase HTMLTidy tries to take into account all those little proprietary pieces of code the browser scripters put in, like Microsoft did with bgproperties. So go on then, whore your code to Microsoft's 'standards' if you so choose, but don't come around here and call those of us who actually give a shit about cross-browser capabilities morons, when you yourself can't even comply with standards.
