Hmmmmmmmmmm I can't find anything:
http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=izh
www.ace.net.nz/tech/TechFileFormat.html#i
http://whatis.techtarget.com/fileFormatI/0,289945,sid9,00.html
www.uni-koeln.de/themen/Graphik/ImageProcessing/fileext.html

Try opening it in Notepad and see what you can see.

It's not izh, it's lzh (that's the letter L there). LZH is a compression standard -- a program called LHA is used to read it. You usually see LZH compression as the default compression type for TIFF files. This is the first time I've heard of an LZH archive, so it's not a very common thing.

Boy I haven't seen a .LZH in a long time, It used to be very common back in the old Amiga days. I here LHA is still popular in Japan.

Another solution is: http://www.filzip.com/en/ it works well for several formats including .LHA and .LZH. I does have trouble with newer .RAR files but otherwise has worked well for me.
