This kind of work can be done within' a week, it also depends on you and your free time/ way to work. I'd say 18-22 dollars per hour, it is what I would price here in Switzerland. Considering it would last 40-50 hours, 720 to 1100 dollars are a fork. But then, it's just my humble opinion. I'd say make a quick plan and average the time each step will take you, then choose your price, and you got a complete offer.
