So... who wants first crack at the template?

Actually, What I will do is:
Provide a place for *anyone* to upload a template (1 big "unsliced" image) and a way (using ASP) to navigate between the templates, and vote on them.

Karl: Could I suggest you post some ideas about content, colours, features, etc. as this might be a help (you'd also be better off finding a team leader who can get these specs out of you and start drawing together a team who can et the job done). As there will be a commercial aspect to this I think people need to know what is on offer, etc.

Yeah, I would need to have some info about what they do. Are they a golf course? Are they a golf pro shop? Are they a driving range?

Will they have a place to order merchandise?

Just some details because that would determine on the course of the design.

Hey guys... I'm somewhat reluctant to post details to the asylum, nothing against the asylum. I will provide details at the site.

That said, here is a broad overview of the site:
All things Golf (course reviews, merchandise for sale, discounted golf for members, tips & tricks, find a course, reserve a tee time)

Color scheme: green of course : ) earthy colors, sharp, professional (nothing goofy)

• you can now upload "unsliced" graphic representations of your templates
• but throw up anything you'd like (color schemes, fonts, designs, etc
• have a cool image of a course? we'll need them! throw that up there

Interesting project. Not so sure about the financial prospects, but can be fun to do all the same.

I will give it some thought and see if I can come up with some ideas for colors and designs

I have some goodies that I will upload tonight.

Just noticed something. The name of the site it AZPROGOLF but the logo thingy says AZGOLFPRO.

I will create comment area, specific to each of the items that are uploaded.... I'll try to do that today.
Also, I will create a developers page. The developers page will include: site objectives, TODO's, who's working on what.., how we plan to make money, etc...

Site Outline is up in the developer section (UID & PWD Required).

Say, the offer still stands: there are 3 of us working on AZProGolf at this point. There is much work scheduled ahead, a few more developers are welcome. So far, the development team over at AZPG has worked together great, and we've made all kinds of significant progress.
