I am writing an general outline for how I deal with clients and considering handing out Exit Surveys to them to get their feedback about my services. What better way to learn than to ask the source directly? Also this make me appear more professional. |

Thanks. I guess I thought the survey was kind of built into my standard business practice and did not think of offering a reward for filling out the survey . . . but its another way of looking at it. I will keep it short, maybe one page. Circling numbers between 1 and 5 are clear alternatives vs having them write a few sentences. I will let you know when I finalize the questions. |
