I guess I thought the survey was kind of built into my standard business practice and did not think of offering a reward for filling out the survey . . . but its another way of looking at it. I will keep it short, maybe one page. Circling numbers between 1 and 5 are clear alternatives vs having them write a few sentences. I will let you know when I finalize the questions. |
