I am looking for somone that can design a menu bar for me with some nice roll-overs, prefferably for free, but if you want to charge me, then name your priice

this website is for a non-profiit organization for community service, by the ways.

asc: I'm moving this out Outpatient Counselling where we try and keep these kind of things. I think that rather than doing it would could point you in the right direction and help you with any bugs but anyway..........
