ok listen I am 17 and there was a guy chekin out my work on photoshop and then he all of sudden said I want u to make me a background for a webpage about HIV...
and well he left me some logos of the medical company and stuff so I wanna make it really good, and he said he will payme for every hour $20 so shit i have some ideas but I need to ask pros....ok just maybe u can post some intresting exeples or how about a link to a site that got a lot of medical immages like a pic of a family the medicine symbol the hive simbol ANYTHING JUST HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

You have access to the internet obviously, and unless I'm mistaken that generally means that you have access to places like Google.

Well it realy depend on the target of the site, is it the medical community, general public, or a target group.

Perhap some 3d rendering of the virus would be interesting, but if it for the medical community you my not wish to chance getting some details wrong.

The key here is research, who is the customer, why are they visiting, what feeling do you what to convey.

Then start looking for useful image and referances to build your image.

Ruski: I would also ask you to be subtle as a background with too many obvious elements will distract from the actual page content - i suspect the incentive is to make a more 'in your face' design just to prove that you did the kind/amount of work that you are charging them for but make your money from good research and by producing a number of possibilities.
