I need contractors!

If you know Sybase's Enterprise Portal really well (well its only been out a year) - and if you have J2EE & PowerBuilder knowledge or know of anyone with these skills or where I might possibly be able to find such people (apart from Sybase themselves) then please let me know.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
